What we collect

• Site previews: the trades and city you pick, and the business name you type. Previews run in your browser.
• Claiming a site: your email address, your preview choices, and campaign tags from the link you followed. We store a one-way hash of your IP address to limit abuse.
• Waitlists: your email address and the waitlist you joined.
• Call-back requests: your name, phone number, best time to call, trade, and whether you agreed to texts.
• Analytics: if you allow cookies, Google Analytics records pages visited and steps such as starting a preview. Visitors in Canada, the EU and the UK are asked first; nothing is set until you accept.

How we use it

To build and send your site preview and setup link, to call you back, to email you about the waitlist you joined, and to understand which pages help owners get started. We send at most three reminder emails about an unfinished claim, each with a one-click unsubscribe.

Text messages

If you tick the box on our call-back form, NearbyLead may text you appointment confirmations, reminders and updates about your request. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help and STOP to opt out at any time. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Who we share it with

Service providers that run NearbyLead for us (hosting, email and text delivery, analytics), only to provide the service. We do not sell personal information.
