Get paid for the visit without chasing it

Payments are not available yet: we're building card on file, charging after the visit and prepaid visit credits. Join the waitlist and we'll email you when they're ready. Until then, you can mark visits paid and track prepaid credits by hand.

What's planned?

Card on file

Customers save a card when they book, so recurring visits don't need a new payment each time. (Planned, not available yet.)

Pay after the visit

Charge the saved card once the visit is checked out, with a receipt sent automatically. (Planned, not available yet.)

Prepaid visit credits

Sell packs of visits up front and use one credit per visit. Today you can already record prepaid credits by hand on a customer and mark visits paid.

What can I do today?

    Mark any visit paid or unpaid from the visit, the list or the calendar.

  2. Track prepaid credits

    Record prepaid credits on a customer and apply them when the schedule is published.

Can I track payments now?

Yes, by hand. Mark visits paid or unpaid, and record prepaid credits on a customer. NearbyLead doesn't charge cards yet.

Will payments cost extra?

Pricing for payments isn't set yet. We'll publish it before payments are available.
