For junk removal
NearbyLead gives a junk removal business a local website with pages for each kind of pickup in every nearby area. Requests reach your phone by text and email in seconds, jobs are booked from the lead, and each truck's day is laid out in order with directions.
14-day free trial, no card. One price for every trade you do.
Someone clearing out a garage asks for a pickup through your site. Their address and what they're getting rid of arrive on your phone.
You call between jobs, agree a time, and book the visit from the lead in one step.
The pickup appears on the crew's My day in order, with directions and your notes about stairs or access.
A confirmation goes out when you book, with the arrival window.
Most junk removal customers ask two or three companies for a price and book whoever calls back first. They’re clearing out an estate, finishing a renovation or moving out on Friday. NearbyLead makes sure you’re the first call: every request from your website goes into your leads inbox and is sent to your phone by email and text the moment it’s submitted, with the name, number, address, what they want gone and the page they were on.
That page tells you a lot. A request from your estate cleanout page is a full day; one from your mattress pickup page is a fifteen-minute stop.
People search for the specific thing they need to get rid of and where they are: “hot tub removal Hamilton”, “appliance pickup Stoney Creek”, “construction debris removal near me”. NearbyLead researches your area and writes a page for each service you offer (furniture, appliances, estate cleanouts, renovation debris, yard waste, hot tubs and sheds) and a page for each town and neighbourhood around you. See Launch for how it’s built.
From each lead you book the visit in one step, with a duration that fits the job. Each truck’s day is laid out in order with drive times between stops, and the map shows every truck’s route on the roads. When visits are planned ahead, the planner groups them into zones by postal code so a truck’s day stays in one part of town, and orders the stops to cut driving. See Staff & routing.
Property managers and contractors who need regular pickups can have a recurring plan on their customer record, with several locations if they manage more than one building.
Each crew opens My day on their phone. It lists today’s pickups in order with arrival windows, your notes (what’s going, stairs, where to park the truck), directions and a call button. Crews check in on arrival and out when they leave. If the customer isn’t home or the job is bigger than quoted, they report it from the stop and you’re alerted straight away.
It keeps working with a weak signal: the last route stays on the phone, and check-ins are sent when the signal returns, with the time they actually happened.
Yes. When a visit is booked the customer gets a confirmation with the arrival window, and a reminder before you arrive, by text or email depending on what they agreed to. Texts never go out at night on the customer’s clock, and STOP is honoured straight away. See Reminders.
Pricing is per plan, never per service or per trade, with a 14-day free trial and no card. See pricing for plans and text allowances.
