Lawn Mowing
Regular cuts keep your lawn tidy and growing well. We mow on a schedule that works for you and leave things clean every time.
For lawn care & landscaping
NearbyLead builds a lawn care and landscaping business a local website with a page for each service and each nearby area. Weekly and biweekly mowing is planned so each crew stays in one area per day, and customers are reminded before visits by text or email.
14-day free trial, no card. One price for every trade you do.
Homeowners ask for weekly mowing or a spring clean-up through your site. Each request reaches you by email and text within seconds.
Weekly from late April to October, or every two weeks for slower-growing lawns, with clean-ups booked as one-off visits.
Monday is the north end, Tuesday the east side. Stops inside each day are ordered to cut driving between lawns.
When you move a day, customers get one clear message about the change and crews see the new route.
Homeowners search for lawn care by where they live. “Lawn mowing Ancaster” and “landscaper near Waterdown” are different searches, and the business with a page that answers each one tends to get the call. NearbyLead researches the towns and neighbourhoods around you and writes a page for each, along with service pages for mowing, spring and fall clean-ups, aeration, garden beds, hedge trimming and whatever else you sell.
Each page ends in a quote form. Requests land in your leads inbox and on your phone with the address and the page the person came from. In April, when everyone wants their first cut the same week, that speed matters. More on how the site is built is on the Launch page.
Lawn care is a route business. A crew with twenty lawns on a Monday makes money when those lawns are close together and loses it when they’re spread across town. NearbyLead groups your customers into zones by postal code and plans each crew’s weeks so that each day stays in one zone wherever the plans allow. Inside the day, stops are ordered to cut driving. You can see the drive time saved before you accept a plan, and drag anything you’d rather change on the month board. The Staff & routing page shows how it works.
Mowing plans can be weekly or every two weeks. Spring and fall clean-ups, aeration and overseeding can be added as one-off visits on the same customer. A customer who wants Tuesday mornings or never Fridays has that recorded, and the planner follows it.
Each crew lead opens My day on their phone: today’s lawns in order, arrival windows, gate notes, directions and a call button. They check in on arrival and out when they leave. If a gate is locked or the dog is out, they report it from the stop and you get an alert with a to-do to rebook. The evening before, each crew gets tomorrow’s route by text or email.
Rain moves mowing days. When a visit moves, customers whose arrival window changes get one clear message instead of a cancellation and a new booking. Reminders before each visit go out by text or email based on what each customer agreed to, never at night on their clock. Customers can reply to confirm or skip, and anyone who replies STOP gets no more texts. See Reminders for the details.
Many lawn and landscaping companies plough or shovel in winter to keep their crews working. In NearbyLead you pick every trade you offer. You get one site with a services section for each, one quote form that asks what the customer needs, and one customer list. A customer can hold a weekly mowing plan from April to October and snow visits from November to March, on the same record and the same address.
Your site leads with whatever is in season. In spring and summer the lawn services come first; when the snow season starts, snow removal moves to the top. The price is per plan, never per trade. Our pricing page has the full plan list.
