For plumbing
NearbyLead gives a plumbing company a local website with pages for drains, water heaters, leaks and every other service in each nearby area. Requests reach your phone in seconds, appointments are booked from the lead, and each technician's day is laid out in order on their phone.
14-day free trial, no card. One price for every trade you do.
They search for a leaking water heater in their town and land on your water heater page. They fill in the form.
You get their name, number, address and what's wrong by text and email, with the page they were reading.
You book the visit from the lead in one step, with notes for the technician.
The visit appears on the technician's My day in order, and the customer gets a confirmation with the arrival window.
Plumbing searches are specific and local: “water heater replacement Burlington”, “clogged drain Hamilton”, “sump pump installation near me”. The plumber with a page that answers that exact question in that exact town tends to get the call. NearbyLead researches what people in your area search for and writes a page for each service you offer (drain cleaning, water heaters, leak repair, sump pumps, fixture installs, backflow testing and more) and a page for each town and neighbourhood around you.
Pages link to each other the way search engines expect and include titles, descriptions, FAQ markup and a sitemap. Each one ends with a quote form. Read more on the Launch page.
Straight away. Every request goes into your leads inbox and is sent to your phone by email and text with the name, number, address, what’s wrong and the page they were reading. A burst pipe and a fixture swap read very differently, and you can call the urgent one first. Phone enquiries are logged in the same inbox, so the office and the truck see the same list.
When you subscribe, your site gets a local phone number that rings through to you, so you can tell which calls came from the website.
From each lead you book a visit in one step, with a duration and an arrival window. Each technician’s day is laid out in order with drive times between stops. The day view shows every technician side by side and the map shows the routes on the roads. When you plan ahead, the planner groups visits into zones by postal code so each technician stays in one part of town, and orders stops to cut driving. See Staff & routing.
Maintenance work such as annual water heater flushes, backflow tests or seasonal outdoor tap shut-offs can be recurring plans, so the visits are laid out automatically each year.
My day on their phone lists today’s calls in order with arrival windows, notes (where the shut-off is, which entrance, the dog), directions and a call button. Lockbox codes are shown only on the visit day, and only when tapped. Technicians check in and out at each stop. If nobody’s home, they report it from the stop, you’re alerted straight away, and a to-do is created to rebook.
Yes. Customers get a confirmation when a visit is booked and a reminder before the technician arrives, by text or email depending on what they agreed to. They can reply to confirm. Texts respect quiet hours on the customer’s clock and STOP. See Reminders.
