How to ask

1. Email hello@nearbylead.com from the email address you sign in with, with the subject "Delete my NearbyLead account". You can also use our contact page.
2. Tell us the business name you work for or own, so we find the right account.
3. We reply to confirm it's you, then delete the account within 30 days and email you when it's done.

Crew members: the business you work for can also remove you from its team at any time. That signs you out of the NearbyLead app on every phone straight away.

Want to keep your account and only clear your location? Switch off "Share my location while working" in My day. Your current position is cleared at once and the trail is deleted after 14 days.

What we delete

• Your login: name, email address and sign-in history.
• The NearbyLead app's sign-in tokens and push notification tokens for your phones.
• Your shared location trail and current position.
• For a business owner: the business's NearbyLead account, its website and its phone number, once any paid period ends.

What we keep, and for how long

• Job records of the business you worked for: visits, check-in and check-out times and the location saved with a tap belong to that business's records. They stay with the business, with your name removed from your login, until the business deletes them or closes its account.
• Billing and tax records: invoices and payment records are kept for 7 years, as the law requires.
• Backups: copies in backups are overwritten within 30 days.
