Lawn Mowing
Regular cuts keep your lawn tidy and growing well. We mow on a schedule that works for you and leave things clean every time.
For multi-service companies
NearbyLead gives a company that does more than one trade a single website with a section and pages for each service, and a quote form that asks what the customer needs. Behind it, every trade shares one customer list, one schedule and one crew app, and the price stays the same however many trades you add.
14-day free trial, no card. One price for every trade you do.
Lawn care and snow removal, or windows, gutters and pressure washing. Your site gets a section for each, in each trade's own colour.
Whatever is in season is listed first, so a visitor in November sees snow removal at the top and a visitor in May sees lawn care.
The quote form asks which service the customer needs, so a gutter request and a driveway wash arrive labelled and ready to book.
Mowing plans, snow visits and one-off washes sit on the same board, routed by area, and each crew sees their day on their phone.
A company that mows in summer and ploughs in winter is two businesses to a searcher. In May people type “lawn care near me” or “weekly mowing Stoney Creek”; in November the same street searches “snow removal companies near me” or “seasonal driveway plowing”. A single page that mentions both rarely ranks for either.
NearbyLead builds one website with a section for each trade you pick, a page for every service inside it, and a page for each town and neighbourhood you cover. The order changes with the calendar: whatever is in season is listed first, so the snow pages lead in winter and the lawn pages lead from spring. Each trade keeps its own colour and icon, so a visitor can tell the two sides apart at a glance. The Launch page shows how the site is researched and written.
Exterior cleaning companies grow by selling more to the homes they already visit. The customer who booked windows in April is the most likely person to want the gutters done in October and the driveway washed in June.
On a multi-service site the quote form asks which service the visitor needs, so every request reaches your leads inbox labelled: a gutter clean, a house wash, a window round. The alert on your phone carries the name, address, the service and the page they were reading. You can see at a glance whether someone came for a one-off deck wash or wants windows every spring and fall, and quote the right job when you call back.
Each customer carries a recurring plan for each kind of work they buy from you. A homeowner might have mowing every week from April to October, a fall gutter clean, and snow visits through the winter, all on one record and one address. Each plan keeps its own rhythm, preferred day and rules, and visits are laid out from the plans so the season is on the board before it starts.
One-off jobs from the website sit on the same board as the plan visits, so you see the whole week in one place instead of a lawn calendar and a separate snow spreadsheet.
The planner splits your service area into zones by postal code and keeps each person’s day in one zone wherever the plans allow, then orders the stops to cut driving. That works the same whether the day is ten lawns, a run of gutter cleans or a mix of both.
Each person’s profile lists the services they do. When you book a visit, the staff list only shows the people who do that service, so the person who only shovels is never offered a mowing job. The Staff & routing page covers the planning in more detail.
My day on each phone lists today’s stops in order with the arrival window, the service, your notes, a directions button and a call button. The notes are where the trade-specific detail lives: where to pile snow and which walk to clear in January, which gate to use and where the hose bib is in July. Crews check in and out at each stop, and if they can’t get in, they report it from the stop and you get a to-do to rebook.
The evening before, each person gets tomorrow’s route by text or email, whichever trade the day belongs to.
Confirmations and reminders go out on the schedule you set, by text or email, based on what each customer agreed to. Every message names the service, so “gutter clean on Thursday” never gets mistaken for the mowing visit. Customers can reply C to confirm or SKIP to skip that visit. When weather moves a day, customers whose arrival window changes get one message explaining it. Texts respect quiet hours on the customer’s clock, and STOP is honoured straight away. The Reminders page lists everything that is sent.
Pricing is per plan, never per trade, so adding snow removal to a lawn business or gutters to a window round doesn’t change the bill. Every plan includes the website, the leads inbox, customers and plans, scheduling and the crew app. Payments run through your own Stripe account: a deposit when someone books a bigger job, an invoice after the visit, or a saved card for regular customers, with no NearbyLead fee on top. See pricing for the plans and text allowances.
